China InternationaI Cartoon & Animation Festival is sponsored by the State Administration of Radio, Film and Television and the Zhejiang Provincial People's Government, and undertaken by the Hangzhou Municipal People's Government, the Zhejiang Radio, Film and Television Bureau and the Zhejiang Radio and Television Group. It is the only national animation professional festival and the largest domestic scale. The most popular and most influential animation professional event, was listed as the key support cultural exhibition project and the important platform of "Chinese culture going out" by the "Outline of the National" Twelfth Five-Year "Cultural Reform and Development Plan". Beilarly professional audio assisted the 3rd China International Animation Festival in Hangzhou in 2007.
