Speaker structure and precautions
1. The structure of the speaker p>
The speaker is mainly composed of a speaker unit, a frequency divider, a cabinet, an inverted phase hole, a binding post, a wire, etc. p>
The main structure of the speaker unit is composed of a choke, a sound basin, a fixed core support piece, a magnetic circuit (including magnets, T irons, voice coils), a basin frame, etc., which affects the life of the speaker. It is the choke and the cone. p>
Choke: The life order of choke material is cloth edge, rubber-plastic composite edge, silicone rubber edge, foam edge ... The foam edge is more susceptible to damage. Due to the use of the foam edge speaker unit, it breaks and is almost scrapped in 3-5 years of normal use. Of course, the different material composition and manufacturing process of the foam edge will have different lifespans. Secondly, it is necessary to count the silicone rubber edge. Its shortcomings are that if the process is improper, the time is long, it is easy to aging and produce inert deformation and moire, which affects the use. Nowadays, loudspeaker manufacturers still widely use silicone rubber chokes and rubber-plastic chokes. The choke that greatly extends the life of the speaker unit is the cloth-edge choke. It is mostly used in professional speakers, but it is also useful in civilian products. p>
Sound basin. In the use of the speaker unit, the sound basin adopts a variety of material forms: its bulletproof cloth, fiber braided basin, PP basin, mica polypropylene basin, aluminum magnesium alloy basin and other problems are not big, mainly paper-based or paper-based Compound pots, due to the presence of protein fibers, are almost inevitably eroded by mold in the southern wet areas, that is, our common mold spots and white spots cause headaches. The sound of this kind of basin is soft and thick, and it is favored by the speaker factory. p>
Basin stand: There are two kinds of materials widely used in the basin stand, namely thin iron stamping basin stand and aluminum basin stand, of course, there are other materials, such as nylon plastic basin stand, most imported and domestic high-end speaker units are made of aluminum Basin stand, which has high strength and excellent seismic performance, is much better than ordinary stamped iron basin stand. But the small-diameter unit doesn't matter. There are also centering brackets (i.e., yellow plates) that are all linen products produced through a special process. As long as they are not degummed, there is nothing to say. p>
Magnets: Magnets require almost no maintenance, but over time there will be a bit of demagnetization, but the effect on the overall performance is not large, at most the sensitivity is a bit reduced, only minimal, the anti-magnetic horn is better than the normal non-magnetic case many. p>
2. Matters needing attention in use p>
1. The speaker should be placed in a place to avoid direct sunlight, which can easily cause the aging of electrical components, and it should not be placed in a dark and humid place for a long time, causing the voice coil to rust or mold. p>
2. Do not let the surrounding hard objects collide with the horn when placing it. Do not touch the exposed horn directly with your hands. Do not press the soft part of the horn with your hands. This is likely to cause problems such as noise, broken sound, and silence. p>
3. The placement should be symmetrical, and should not be placed under the computer desk or stacked together. The correct method should be: left and right symmetry with the display as the center (using an ordinary speaker as an example), and ensure that the speaker of the speaker is facing the user, and the position of the subwoofer can be more flexible. For speakers that are often turned up loudly, it is best to use a floor stand. Do not place the speaker directly on the computer table (especially the subwoofer) to avoid distortion caused by resonance with the computer table. Only when listening to music and watching large movies can we bring us a sense of immersion. p>
4. Do not get too close to the display, mutual electromagnetic interference will have a certain impact on the display (although not very large) p>
5. Do not place electrical equipment with strong magnetic field around the speaker for a long time. Needless to say this, we often put the mobile phone next to it, and we will know when we call. . . p>
6. The newly purchased speakers should be properly commended. This is the same as our new computer for roasting. Put some things with different sound quality and volume for 2-3 hours. p>
7. When starting, shutting down, restarting, etc., it is best to turn off the power of the speaker or adjust the volume to the minimum to prevent damage to the speaker due to excessive current. p>
8. Don't often adjust the knob of the speaker from the smallest to the largest. The range of our normal use is generally 1/2 to 2/3. Some netizens may need a large volume for some special reasons, but do not do it for a long time. p>
